Mandatory Staff Meal Fee Per FAMILY:

Full Summer $375. Half Season $190. Weekly $50. Daily $10

A 25% discount will apply to campers adding to a half summer in a contiguous matter.

All invoices MUST be paid in full by May 1st, 2026.

After May 1st, 2026 there is a $150 LATE FEE.

LATE FEE- $150 to all registration after May 1, 2026

Refund Requests must be made in writing to office@beaverestatesny.com no later than May 1st, 2026. Refunds are subject to a $100 per child processing fee.
