Meet our Co-Directors!

Meet the Bisk family! Meir is a passionate camp director and educator who loves creating fun, safe, and meaningful summer experiences for his campers. He and his wife Chana, a talented hair stylist, live in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, with their three children—Ori (4), Azi (1.5), and baby Tani (4 months). Together, they’re excited to be part of an incredible summer filled with energy, warmth, and unforgettable memories.

The Sterman Family is Here! Hello from Yerushalayim! We are Yoel & Daniella, proud parents to our wonderful kids: Lavi (5), Gaya (4), and our newest addition, baby Rotem. We are so excited to be joining you at camp this summer and can't wait to connect with everyone! (Our furry friend, Bonnie the dog, is sadly missing out on the fun, but guarding our home with pride! 😉)

Chana and Daniella will be taking on the role as our pre-school morot. Combined our new camp directors have 20 years of day camp and sleep away camp experience

Meet our Eim-Bayit!

My name is Meira Efraim Wolkowich, and this will be my third summer as Eim Bayit at Beaver Lake! During the year, I work as an English teacher at “Keshet Reem” High School in Armon Hanatziv, Jerusalem. After my military service (so long ago!), I spent seven summers (2008–2015) as a shlicha at Yavneh Sleepaway Summer Camp in New Hampshire, and camp life has been a huge part of my heart ever since. I’m coming this summer with my two amazing kids: Bnaya, who will be going to HASC for his third summer, and Amiad, who will be returning to Beaver Lake as a camper for his third summer as well. We are truly a Beaver Lake family. We love everything about it. the people, the atmosphere, the community feeling, Shabbat, and of course the incredible camp activities.

I’m warm, energetic, caring, organized, and fun, with a bit of humor and a lot of heart. I love our amazing counselors and the special friendships we build together. Beaver Lake is truly our home away from home, and we are so excited to be coming back for another unforgettable summer!
