Dear Residents of Beaver Lake Estates:

I hope this message finds you well and you are enjoying the summer season.

I’m writing to share an important update regarding our community operations. Moishy Rosenwasser, who has served as our Operations Manager with remarkable dedication and heart, will be stepping aside from this role. We are deeply grateful to Moishy for his tireless efforts, attention to detail, and sincere love for Beaver Lake. He has helped guide and support so many aspects of our daily life here, and we owe him a tremendous debt of thanks.

That said, we are not losing Moishy, far from it. He remains one of our most valued residents and continues to play an active role in the life of our community. He will maintain his responsibilities as Gabbai of the Shul, oversee our Kiddushim, and lend support and advice during the transition to ensure continuity. Moishy will undoubtedly remain a steady and positive presence in Beaver Lake, a true force for good.

We are also pleased to announce that Yael Rudolph will be stepping in as Interim Operations Manager through the end of the season. Yael and her husband, Elnatan, along with their family, joined our community just one year ago. In that short time, she has already made a meaningful impact. As Chair of our Infrastructure Committee, Yael has brought energy, thoughtfulness, and hands-on leadership to various projects across Beaver Lake. Now, she is expanding her role to help meet a vital need, and we are grateful for her willingness to serve in this interim capacity.

Yael brings a strong background in operations, construction management, and camp leadership, with over a decade of experience overseeing teams and managing complex projects. She holds a degree in Business Administration from FIT, and currently runs a successful business focused on construction management and interior decorating.

Yael has already immersed herself in the day-to-day responsibilities of this role and is working closely with Moishy to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. With their combined dedication, we are confident that Beaver Lake will continue to operate efficiently and effectively. without missing a beat.

Should any resident need assistance or have an issue that requires attention, Yael can be reached directly at:
yael.rudolph@gmail.com or 201-805-1122

Please join me and the entire Board of Directors, who are unanimous in their support of this transition, in expressing heartfelt appreciation to Moishy and a warm welcome to Yael.

Warm regards,
Harry Wiesel
